This is why investigative reporting and interviewing was something I enjoyed during my media days as a TV reporter and freelancer at CNN. I became an expert at needs analysis and weeding through the fray to understand the gaps and motivations that drive people and systems.

My passion for learning has led me explore Gen AI deeply. Recently I received the IBM certification on Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals. This training is honing my craft as a certified instructional designer and specialist in assessment development. I also offer coaching and consulting around AI  integration into an organization's learning and training.

I love the challenge of making my designs adaptable to various cultures. I traveled the globe for more than a decade delivering blended learning courses and consulting on leadership development in the nonprofit sector. This has afforded me the chance to work with SMEs, stakeholders, and a variety of translators in my career.  My online cohort design models continue in many parts of the world today.
