Using Read Aloud to Proof Your Work in Microsoft Word
About this Project: Developed using Camtasia. In less than 3 minutes, employees can learn an editing tool called Read Aloud in Word to help them improve their editing and proofing their work. Incorporates accessibility for those in the workplace who might need this accommodation.
Highlights: You will hear my voice in this tutorial. I am very familiar with voicework from my days as a country music DJ in Texas and a news correspondent at CNNRadio.
Tools: Camtasia, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, SAM Method

Job Aids
Interactive Job Aid - The Bridge Activity
About this Project: I collaborated internally with our graphic designer at TMS Global to develop this activity from a book called TCKs: A Gift to Care For by Ulrika Ernvick. It was used during a key discussion session for the ILT mentioned above.
Highlight: This was originally a black and white image from the book. It was designed so branding colors of the organization could be incorporated.
Job Aid - Spiritual Direction
About this Project: Using the SAM model and cross-functional partnerships, I collaborated across departments to kickstart this initiative. Target audience is parents of third culture kids (TCKs) transitioning to the United States for college after living abroad.
Highlight: This initiative was beta tested with 3 TCKs for a year before this job aid released (see side panel in document for testimonials of that beta test.) I switched to the ADDIE model, evaluating the beta test that informed the design and development of this job aid.

Procedural Job Aid - The Reading Room
About this Project: This project stemmed from stakeholders at the main office wanting to maintain connection and facial recognition with the children who lived cross-culturally with their families. I came up with the idea of having office staff read children's books. These were recorded using this procedural job aid and put on Sharepoint for the children to enjoy.
Highlight: Editing and proofing was made easier using the accessibility feature of Read Aloud in Word.
Tools: Microsoft Word, Sharepoint
ILT Notebook Cover
About this Project: This was a cover design for a notebook we were to use at a conference called Maclin.
Highlight: My favorite part of this project is how I designed the logo of the training to be the "A" in "Maclin." I am pretty proud of how the chameleon colors came out, too. (The chameleon is the TCK mascot because it symbolizes having to adjust based on your environment.)
