Recognizing PTSD Symptoms in Passengers: Steps to Support When Trauma Strikes

About this Project: I combined my creative writing and script writing skills to create drama for this scenario simulation. A branching prototype was built in Twine for iteration 1/Alpha. I then adapted it to a branching scenario design document for iteration 2/Beta. Finally, developed it quickly in Rise 360 for iteration 3/Gold.

Highlights: Using the SAM method for the design meant SME feedback could be implemented within minutes.

DOT Driver Wellness

About this Project: A revamp of an older course with new assets, videos, and an updated company policy on marijuana use. Older stock video had to be included so those were edited in Camtasia and inserted across the 3 lessons. To enhance engagement and variety, I added an illustrated character from Storyline's media library and employed two distinct voices from Murf AI, strategically alternating between them for the learning content and assessments.

Highlights: Prompt engineering in ChatGPT was used to create tone-of-voice for target audience (drivers) and to develop scenario-based knowledge checks and quiz questions.
