About this Slide Deck: Generative AI was front and center for this training. I began in Canva's new "Doc to Decks" AI feature. I took text-only source content and loaded it into Canva to generate graphics and a slide deck. Using a preloaded Branding Kit, I then converted the deck into PowerPoint where I finalized all the animations.

Highlights: ChatGPT was used for reverse engineering SEOs for use cases, analyzing the vitality and tone of voice of the script, and creating the job aid below.

About this Job Aid: Interactive icebreaker for the Cross-Functional Partnerships ILT. I used prompt engineering to explain to ChatGPT the intent and desired outcome of the game to create a variety of questions.

Highlight: I revamped a pre-existing card deck template in Canva using the Branding Kit to match the slide deck. I also isolated the icons on the cards by using the keywords and view collections feature under the Elements tab.

About this Project: Instructor-led training focuses on helping parents know how to best support their kids before/during the transition to living in another culture. Interactive elements and discussion were built into the session. Slide deck is very low on words and high on visuals. Instructions for audio/visual team were built into the deck. 

Highlights:  A number of participants commented how personally moved they were by the activity stations.

About this Project: I collaborated internally with our graphic designer at TMS Global to develop this activity from a book called TCKs: A Gift to Care For by Ulrika Ernvick. It was used during a key discussion session for the ILT mentioned above. 

Highlight: This was originally a black and white image from the book. It was designed so branding colors of the organization could be incorporated.
